A Book Critical of Le Monde Is Mentioned in the Daily ...Surreptitously, and …One Year After Its Publication

I have been reading Le Monde for years [writes François Jourdier]. Le Monde is always right, it is the events who are wrong.

The fact that the newspaper of reference mentions a book highly critical of it would be a lot more admirable if the mention (favorable or unfavorable) had appeared in the daily's book section or on its medias page (rather than on that of the ombudsman), and if that (first and only) mention of the book had appeared closer to the book's publishing date than almost one whole year after the book's appearance.
