In Argenteuil (yes, yet an other Northern suburb of Paris), homeless people have been dispersed through the use of a City Hall purchased stink repellant used to cleanse the areas where they congregate. Philippe Métezeau, the right-hand man for Argenteuil's mayor says that this is the best way to convince the city's bag people that they would be better off in a city-run shelter.
