Back in 2012 (?) Spain released a damning report on its nascent wind renewables push. It was deemed a complete failure. The report was ignored by the IPCC and broadcast news, back-paged in print news, and AGW (precursor of 'climate change' makeover) NGOs didn't bother to rebut. Europa had only to take note of Texas' 2021 ERCOT (Electric Reliability Council of Texas) renewables grid failure to get a clue what was coming. But clueless Europa prefers the lucrative cluelessness of the green grift.
