Most of the footage showing those pirates off the coast of Africa show rather diminutive and dilapidated vessels loaded with heavily armed modern-day Jolly Rogers.Are there international maritime regulations which keep the crew of vessels such as the now boarded Sirius Star from having access to an on-board armoury? Ramming the pirate vessel? Other?
