The core of Europe - France, Germany, and Belgium - are hateful shitholes where anti-Semitism, racism and anti-Americanism of the filthiest kind are fully accepted as normal behavior. Here, German soldiers are trained by having them shoot at imaginary targets made up of American blacks from the Bronx.
The instructor tells the soldier, "You are in the Bronx. A black van is stopping in front of you. Three African-Americans are getting out and they are insulting your mother in the worst ways ... Act."
