Chiraq wants to tax the US of A

Even though more than half of the top 20 most polluted sites in Europe are in Russia, Chiraq doesn't dare utter the same nonsense to Putin because if he did Putin would shutdown the natural gas pipelines so fast that Chiraq would have to move his sorry ass to Southern Portugal just to get a bit of warmth. Chiraq is a coward and a Socialist Stooge who will, thankfully, soon exit the French political stage.
