This will not please the French heads-up-their-asses pseudo-economists who are convinced that France and the Euro are at the vanguard of some kind of post-industrial, post-free market, dare I say post-economic EUtopia. A study has just shown that the Euro is not at all, not even slowly, replacing the US Dollar in central bank reserves. It's a smoke and mirror shell game thing.
