I thought that the very existence of an unelected and unaccountable "Council" that levels accusations without proof was an insult to Europe
Jean-Charles Gardetto, Vice-President of the sub-commission of Human Rights for the European Council declares that the CIA's secret prisons, rumored to have existed in Poland and Romania, are an "insult to Europe".
