Le Monde Columnist: Sharon Deserved His Stroke

Building his case on the word "attack" (in French, the words for "attack" and "stroke" are the same), Éric Fottorino (one of the lucid members of the rational, un-superstitious group of forward-looking societies) claims that the fate of the war-maker Ariel Sharon was written in the stars.

Some people might take offense and leave it at that. What I find particularly riling is that the Le Monde writer is the very same who wailed about the injustice befalling poor Saddam Hussein, an emprisoned dictatorial psychopath he lamented as a "cursed" man, "condemned to solitude".
